Job Description:
1- Organizing administrative and office affairs
2- Receiving, registering, and delivering all letters, documents, and internal and external correspondence
3- Arranging daily schedules, meetings, appointments, trips, and visits
4- Preparing drafts and following up on typing letters and required documents
5- Collecting and extracting required information and records
6- Answering relevant phone calls and inquiries
7- Informing the General Manager of relevant events and news in a timely and satisfactory manner
8- Following up on outgoing and incoming correspondence until a result is obtained
10- Maintaining and preserving all documents and records based on relevant regulations and guidelines and their confidentiality level
11- Communicating issued orders to subordinate individuals and departments
12- Gathering information and results of actions taken regarding referred matters
15- Informing the participating members in meetings and commissions
17- Performing other assigned tasks within the organizational duties by the superior authority
18- Expert of the Exemplary Student Festival
