Hiring Contractual Staff for the Student Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science
This is to inform all applicants wishing to register and participate in the recruitment examination for contractual staff of the Student Welfare Fund that registration for this examination will be exclusively online through the Information Website of the National Organization for Educational Measurement, at the address: www.sanjesh.org starting from Tuesday, 12/11/94, and ending on Tuesday, 12/18/94. Therefore, all applicants are required to register for the above-mentioned examination within the specified deadline, after studying the general and specific terms and conditions of the examination and providing the necessary documents and information. It is important to emphasize that employment in this fund is on a contractual basis.
General Employment Requirements:
1- Having Iranian citizenship.
2- Belief in the religion of Islam or one of the official religions of the country as stated in the Constitution.
3- Commitment to the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
4- Not being convicted of moral corruption, not having a criminal record, and not having a criminal history that would deprive one of social rights. (With the approval of the competent authorities)
5- Not being addicted to narcotics and psychotropic substances.
6- Having a public service completion card or permanent legal exemption for men.
Explanation: Temporary exemption cards or documents are not accepted, and the date of discharge from military service or the issuance of a permanent legal exemption card, must be before 12/11/94.
7- Applicants for employment should not be official, permanent, contractual, or re-purchased employees of other executive bodies.
8- Not having a commitment to work in other organizations, governmental and government-affiliated institutions, or revolutionary institutions.
Registration Steps:
1- Refer to the Information Website of the National Organization for Educational Measurement at: www.sanjesh.org
2- Complete the online registration form within the specified deadline.
3- Send a photo: The applicant must scan a photo with the following specifications and upload it in the relevant section.
A 4×3 photo taken this year. (Full face photo)
The scanned photo must be in JPG format.
The size of the scanned photo should be a maximum of 400×300 pixels and a minimum of 300×200 pixels.
The applicant's image must be clear, distinct, and free of seals, staples, and any stains.
The file size of the saved photo should not exceed 70 kilobytes.
The extra margins of the scanned photo should be removed.
As much as possible, the photos should be black and white, or if colored, have a white background.
Important Note: Due to the problems that have arisen in the examinations, regarding the mistake in sending the applicants' photos, which this issue mostly happens to applicants who register in the internet cafes, it is emphasized that if you are registering through internet cafes, in addition to controlling the registration information, be sure to check the uploaded photo to ensure that another applicant's photo is not sent instead of your photo. Obviously, if the wrong photo is sent by the applicant, the person will be considered a violator and will be dealt with in accordance with the regulations.
Payment of Registration Fee:
Registration will be done online from Tuesday, 12/11/94, and will be completed by Tuesday, 12/18/94. Eligible applicants must pay the registration fee of 500,000 (five hundred thousand) Rials electronically or through bank cards connected to the Shetab network.
Specific Employment Requirements:
1- The maximum age of the applicants is 32 years old (born after 12/10/62).
Explanation 1: The following items will be added to the maximum age limit, provided that valid confirmations are provided:
A) Applicants who served in the battlefronts of the right against the wrong (from 06/31/59 to 05/29/67) , to the extent of the period of presence in the front and also the period of hospitalization or medical rest of the combatants due to injury in the battlefronts of the right against the wrong.
B) Applicants who have been employed full-time and unofficially in the devices covered by Article (5) of the Civil Service Management Law, to the extent of their unofficial service, up to a maximum of two years.
Explanation 2: If it is determined in the employment stages or other subsequent stages that an applicant does not have the required age conditions, the subject of his employment will be canceled.
2- The minimum overall GPA for applicants for employment at the Bachelor's (14) and Master's (16) levels.
3- The required fields of study for the center are as follows, according to the table in the advertisement.
Examination Time and How to Receive the Examination Card:
The examination card will be available for viewing and printing on the Information Website of the National Organization for Educational Measurement from Wednesday, 01/25/1395. The exam will be held on Friday, 01/27/95 only in Tehran.
The start time of the exam and the exam location will be announced to the applicants when printing the card. It should be noted that the issuance of the examination card does not mean the confirmation of the submitted information, and the applicants' documents will be reviewed after the exam.
