The Comprehensive Health Monitoring System (Physical and Mental Health Record Completion Project) has been available to university students nationwide since September 1, 2026, and the completion of this record is mandatory for all students.

This system is affiliated with the Counseling and Health Office of the Organization for Student Affairs of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.
Within the system, various sections such as new entrants, continuing students, Olympiad participants, gifted students, non-exam admissions, and international students have been defined for university students nationwide.
The physical and mental health records are both completed through a single process, and only one tracking code is assigned for them.
The tracking code for the process will be sent via SMS to students after the record is completed.
