Important Announcement Regarding Alavi Foundation Loans
Notice to all day and night students applying for Alavi Foundation loans(Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, Professional and Specialized Doctorate) is to inform that to apply for a loan from 3/11/94 to 12/11/94, please refer to the Welfare and Student Services Department located in the Faculty of Engineering.

Executive Instructions for the Use of Facilities Granted by the Alavi Foundation in Support of Deprived, Talented, and Committed Students Article 1: Loans will be paid to the applying students, provided that they have moral qualifications and observe student etiquette, have financial priority, and the following two conditions are met. 1- High deprivation coefficient of the place of residence (deprivation coefficient of 5 years or more) 2- A GPA of 14 in Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral degrees 3- Doctoral students do not have a GPA requirement. Note 1: If a student meets the above conditions as well as one of the following conditions, they can be given priority in receiving the Alavi Foundation loan by providing documents from the relevant authorities. - The first to third place winners of the Quranic competitions of the country's universities - The first to third place winners of international Quranic competitions - Active Basiji with the approval of the relevant organizations - Fighter (at least 6 months of presence on the front) - Spouse and child of a fighter, with at least 6 months of presence on the front - Free - Spouse and child of a free person - Disabled veteran (at least 50% disability) - Spouse and child of a disabled veteran, or 50% disability - Spouse and child of a martyr - Special cases with the approval of the esteemed president of the Mostazafan Foundation and the CEO of the Alavi Foundation Article 2: Loan disbursement is only permitted after obtaining a salary deduction letter from the student's guarantor and scanning it into the software. Note 1: For guaranteeing the foundation loan, the salary deduction letter of official, contractual, and contracted employees of government agencies is accepted. Note 2: In the salary deduction letter, as a guarantee, the title of the letter must be addressed to the Student Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. Article 3: Loan applications will be valid with the approval of university officials. Article 4: Paying loans to transfer and exchange students is permissible in compliance with the regulations, and guest students can also apply for a loan through the university of origin. Article 5: Students who, for any reason, have used the loans granted but were not allowed to pay the loan, are obliged to repay the received amounts in one installment to the Student Welfare Department of the Alavi Foundation.
